I had a small issue with my Taxi booking, so I messaged support. They got back to me fast and sorted it out without making the whole thing a hassle. it was smoother than I thought it’d be. Overall, good experience.

I had a complaint and Taxi sorted it out quickly. Based on this experience, it feels like they actually take issues seriously and don’t leave you waiting around.

The app felt easy to use, so I just trusted my instinct and booked a cab. It was quick, simple, and the whole thing went smoothly.

I’ve used taxi.eu a few times now, mostly when I didn’t want to take any chances with being late, and the cars showed up on time each time. The drivers were fine and the app was simple enough to use without having to fuss around too much. I still like to book with a bit of extra time just to be safe, but overall it’s been reliable and I haven’t had any major issues.

I booked my ride the price felt fair from the start. I was a little worried there might be some random extra charges added on later, but that never happened. Everything was straightforward, and the ride was good enough for what I needed.

I had to cancel my taxi at the last minute because my meeting got moved, and I just didn’t want to deal with a whole hassle right then. Luckily, the cancel button was easy for me to find in the app, and the cancellation went through quickly.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the confirmation took a few minutes to show up, which made me check again just to make sure I wasn’t still booked. Not a huge issue, but I’d rather know right away so I can move on.

The price was actually exactly what I expected, with no surprises or extra charges...

One was maybe 3 minutes late, but that didn’t feel like a big deal. The app does what I need it to do, though I do wish the updates came through a little quicker sometimes

I’ve booked through taxi.eu a couple of times now, and I was a bit worried at first about getting fooled by some random booking app or the car never showing up. But both times the taxi arrived when it said it would. Nothing fancy or over the top, it just worked, which was exactly what I needed.

Booked a ride through Taxi late at night and, i just wanted to get home without any stress. The driver was really calm, drove carefully, didn’t rush at all, and the car was clean too. He even checked the route with me before we got going, which I appreciated. Just felt safe the whole ride, and yeah, that was exactly what I needed.

I’m giving 4 stars only because the app showed the car moving a little strangely at first, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. But when it came to being on time, I really can’t complain.

For me, the main issue was that drivers weren’t always available right when I wanted to book. A few times I had to wait longer than I expected, which was frustrating since I was just trying to get where I needed to go.

I have used Taxi a few times now, and the receipts and invoices always show up quickly and are easy to read. It makes sorting out expenses a lot less annoying. I have not had any issues so far

I used taxi.eu and paid by card through the app. The payment did go through, but the confirmation took longer than I expected, so for a minute I wasn’t sure if I’d been charged or not.

The receipt showed up later, so it wasn’t no big disaster in the end. I just wish the payment screen was a bit clearer, because it left me guessing for a while.
